「동방열국지」(이하 “게임”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 게임 저장 기능에 꼭 필요한 정보만 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보

위치 정보, 연락처, 결제 정보는 수집하지 않으며, 이용 행태 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 로그인하지 않으면 어떤 개인정보도 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱(안드로이드·아이폰)의 광고는 12항을 보세요 — 웹(브라우저) 판에는 광고가 없습니다.
2. 보관 위치와 기간
로그인 정보와 게임 저장은 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase(Authentication, Cloud Firestore)에 보관됩니다. 이용자가 계정 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 보관하며, 삭제하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
3. 제3자 제공
개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위 Firebase는 저장 기능을 위한 처리 위탁에 해당합니다. 전송 구간은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.
4. 계정 데이터 삭제 방법
- 게임을 열고 오른쪽 위 메뉴(≡) → 구글 계정을 누릅니다.
- 계정 데이터 삭제 → 모두 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 구글 계정에 보관된 모든 저장과 이 게임의 계정 정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다. 기기 안의 저장은 기기에 남으며, 앱을 지우거나 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우 contact@dukdocorp.org로 로그인에 쓴 구글 계정 이메일을 적어 삭제를 요청하시면 30일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
5. 만 14세 미만 아동
게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의 없이 구글 계정 로그인 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 동의 없이 수집된 것을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 로그아웃하면 그 뒤로는 저장이 서버로 올라가지 않습니다.
7. 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.
8. 국외 이전
게임 저장 기능을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 로그인하지 않고 이용할 수 있으며, 이때는 기기 안 저장만 쓸 수 있습니다.
9. 파기 절차와 안전성 확보 조치
- 삭제 요청을 받거나 보관 목적이 끝나면 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다.
- 계정별 접근 통제(본인 계정만 자기 저장을 읽고 쓰게 하는 보안 규칙), 전송 구간 암호화, 관리자 계정 2단계 인증을 적용합니다.

11. 익명 식별자
- 게임을 실행하면 기기별로 익명 이용자 식별자(Firebase 익명 인증 UID)가 자동 생성됩니다. 이름·이메일 등 개인을 알 수 있는 정보는 들어 있지 않습니다.
- 목적: 게임 서버(AI 판단·구매 확인) 호출 시 요청이 이 게임에서 온 것임을 확인하고, 기기 안 저장과 계정 데이터를 연결하기 위함입니다. 서버 처리자: Google LLC(Firebase), Cloudflare, Inc.(미국).
- 「구글 계정으로 로그인」을 선택하면 익명 식별자는 그 구글 계정에 통합되며, 이후에는 1항의 구글 계정 정보 기준으로 처리됩니다.
- 보관 기간: 2항과 같습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 기기 쪽 식별자는 사라지고, 다음 실행 때 새 식별자가 만들어집니다.
- 삭제: 4항의 「계정 데이터 삭제」로 서버에 남은 식별자와 연결 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다(#delete).
12. 광고 (앱 1.0.4부터 — 안드로이드·아이폰 앱에만, 웹 판에는 광고 없음)
- 앱에서는 전투를 몇 번 치를 때마다 전면 광고가 나옵니다(유료 해금 여부와 관계없음). 광고는 Google LLC(Google AdMob)가 보여 주며, 운영자는 광고를 보는 이용자의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.
- Google AdMob이 처리하는 정보: 광고 ID(안드로이드 광고 ID·아이폰 IDFA — 아이폰은 「앱 추적 허용」에 동의한 경우만), 기기 정보(기종·운영체제·언어·앱 버전), IP 주소와 그로부터 추정한 대략적인 위치(국가·지역 수준), 광고 노출·클릭 기록. 목적: 광고 표시·빈도 조절·부정 클릭 방지·광고 성과 측정, 동의한 경우 맞춤형(개인화) 광고.
- 맞춤형 광고 동의와 철회:
- 유럽 경제 지역·영국: 첫 실행 때 Google 동의 창(UMP)에서 고를 수 있고, 거부하면 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 나옵니다.
- 아이폰: 「앱 추적 허용」을 거부하면 IDFA를 쓰지 않습니다. 나중에 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 안드로이드: 설정 → 개인정보 보호(또는 Google) → 광고 → 광고 ID 삭제(또는 광고 맞춤설정 선택 해제)로 맞춤형 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
- 동의를 다시 고르려면 앱을 지웠다 다시 설치하면 첫 실행 동의 창이 다시 나옵니다(앱 안 「동의 다시 보기」 메뉴는 추후 제공 예정).
- 국외 이전: Google LLC(미국 등 Google 데이터 센터가 있는 나라), 광고를 요청할 때마다 암호화된 연결로 전송. Google의 광고 개인정보 처리: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- 만 14세 미만 아동에게는 맞춤형 광고를 보여 주지 않도록 요청합니다(5항).
Privacy Policy (English)

What we process. Only if you choose “Sign in with Google”: your Google account email, name, profile photo URL and user ID, and your game saves (progress, named saves, timestamps), used to sign you in and let you continue on other devices. Settings and local saves stay in your device’s browser storage and are never sent to us. We collect no location, contacts or payment data, and use no analytics. The Android and iPhone apps show ads (see Advertising below); the web version has no ads.
Where and how long. Stored with Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) by Google LLC until you delete it. We do not sell or share personal data. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Deleting your account data. In the game open the ≡ menu → Google account → Delete account data → Delete all. Everything stored in your account and the game’s account record are deleted immediately. If you cannot use the app, email contact@dukdocorp.org with the Google account email you signed in with; we will delete it within 30 days.
International transfer. Your sign-in data and game saves are stored by Google LLC (Firebase) in the United States and other countries where Google operates data centers, transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS) when you sign in or save. If you prefer not to transfer data abroad, play without signing in; only on-device saves are then used.
Retention and security. Data is deleted irreversibly when you request deletion or when it is no longer needed. We apply per-account access rules (only you can read or write your saves), encryption in transit, and two-factor authentication on administrator accounts.
Children. The game is not directed at children under 14 (13 in the United States). Children under 14 may not use Google sign-in without parental consent; data collected without consent is deleted promptly.

Anonymous identifier. When you run the game, an anonymous user ID (Firebase Anonymous Authentication UID) is created for your device. It contains no name, email or other personal details. We use it to confirm that server requests (AI turn processing, purchase verification) come from this game and to link your saves and account data; processors are Google LLC (Firebase) and Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). If you later sign in with Google, the anonymous ID is merged into that Google account. Deleting the app or your browser data removes the ID from the device; a new one is created on the next launch. Use “Delete account data” (see above) to remove it from our servers.
Advertising (apps from version 1.0.4 — Android and iPhone only; the web version has no ads). The apps show a full-screen ad after every few battles, whether or not you have unlocked the full game. Ads are served by Google LLC (Google AdMob); we do not receive personal data about you from ads. Google AdMob processes your advertising ID (Android advertising ID; on iPhone the IDFA only if you allow tracking), device information (model, OS, language, app version), your IP address and an approximate location derived from it (country/region level), and ad impressions and clicks — to show ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, measure performance and, if you consent, personalize ads. Choices: in the EEA and UK, a Google consent form (UMP) appears on first launch and declining gives non-personalized ads; on iPhone, decline “Allow Tracking” or change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads. Reinstalling the app shows the consent form again. Data is transferred to Google in the United States and other countries over encrypted connections. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We ask Google not to show personalized ads to children under 14.
